Daly College Business School  

1990-1999: In 1991, the Junior Boarding House was ready and was named Malwa House. Boys who were residing in Sitamau House & Barwani House moved to Malwa House. 

Another boarding House for the children of Classes VII & VIII was built at a cost of Rs. 115 lacs and was inaugurated by Maharani Usha Devi in 1993 and was named Holkar House.

Dr. M.V. Prasad tok the charge of Daly College in 1995 as Principal. He got tremendous support from the Chief Minister, Raja Digvijay Singh, who once again in 1995 was Chief Guest for the APG.

In 1995, Maharaja Jivaji Rao Scindhia was succeeded by Maharaja Madhav Rao Scindhia as a Patron. In 1996, Maharaja Martand Singh Ju Deo of Rewa was succeeded by Maharaja Pushpraj Singh Ju Deo and Maharani Usha Raje Holkar had already succeeded Maharaja Yeshwant Rao Holkar as Patrons of Daly College. 

Bharati House (old Jawahar House) was where the first twenty three girls were accomodated in July 1977. This was significant turning point in the history of DC as it now became a co-educational Residential school 

 

In 1996, Dr. Prasad organised an elaborate & traditional Graduation Ceremony which was well appreciated by all and became a regular feature in the years to come.

In 1998, Daly College Business School  (DCBS) was ready. For the first time in India, a Public School had added  to itself A Business School. An Honours undergraduate two-year programme is run at DCBS and students complete the Third Year (with an optional placement year) at the Leicester School of Business & Law, De Montfort University, UK.

Dr. Prasad was a speaker in 1999 at the World Conference on Business Education in Cardiff and was honoured with an honourary doctorate in education from the De Montfort University.

In 1999, Raja Digvijay Singh of Raghogarh, old Dalian & Chief Minister of madhya Pradesh was inducted as a Patron of the college.

The Chief Guest at the APG in 1999 was Dr. C S Ranawat, an Old Dalian. He developed the Total Condyler Knee and co-developed the Total Hip System.
